The Stipendiary Steward reported Jockey G.S.Shekhawat  the rider of ASHWA SAKIRA to the Stewards for the violation of calendar notification under the heading “USE OF WHIPS” in the above race (3^rd offence during the meeting). The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and examined Jockey G.S.Shekhawat. After hearing his statements, considering recommendation of the   Stipendiary  Steward  and relying upon their own observations based on the replay of the CCTV the Stewards after deliberation decided should Jockey’s license be granted  to Jockey G.S.Shekhawat  for the  Season 2012-2013, the same shall stand suspended for a period of two race days  for the excessive use of the whip on his mount ASHWA SAKIRA during the race for  the violation of calendar notification under the heading “USE OF WHIPS” in the above race (3^rd offence during the meeting). He was further informed that the dates of  suspension will be  notified at a later date. He was advised of his right of  appeal and permitted to ride work. Not permitted to ride in mock races

Jockey R Parvesh  the rider of ASHWA PADDMA  was fined Rs.1000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1^st offence during the meeting)

The Club’s Veterinary officer reported that SKYROS (M.I.Qureshi) returned lame on right fore during the race. Trainer Mr.S.H.Abbas was informed not to accept with his charge until passed fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer.

The Club’s Veterinary officer reported that DA VINCI (K.Sunny Kumar) returned lame on right fore during the race. Trainer Mr.I.S.Parmar was informed not to accept with his charge until passed fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that  ASHWA PADDMA (R.Parvesh) was observed to have burst its blood vessel during the race. As per the calendar notification the horse been stopped from racing for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1^st bleeder) Trainer Mr. Sangeet Charan was informed not to accept with it again until passed fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer.
