Trainer Mr.Rajinder was fined Rs.1000/- for sending his  charge AWESOME to the starting gates without  “BLINKERS” for which prior permission had not been obtained, subsequently permission was granted to use “BLINKERS” on his charge. He was also fined Rs.1000/- for putting “Tongue Strap” on his charge for which no prior permission was taken. Subsequently “Tongue Strap” was removed.                                

Trainer Mr.S.Nawab was fined Rs.1000/- for sending his charge SPLENDID MAN to the starting gates with “BASKET BIT” for which prior permission had not been obtained. Subsequently he was permitted to use BASKET BIT.

SPARKLING GOLD (Jai Parkash) ducked soon after jumping out of the starting gates thereby dislodging its rider as such finishing the course rider-less. The jockey escaped unhurt.

Jockey Suresh Kumar was questioned regarding his riding of OEUF TOBA, who stated that he was instructed to sit 2^nd/3^rd and do his best while entering the straight. Not being satisfied with his riding he was fined Rs.1000/- for riding in check throughout in the final straight placing his mount at a disadvantage. The jockeys riding would be closely monitored in future.

Jockey Naresh Kumar was questioned regarding his riding of REVENGEFUL KNIGHT not being satisfied with his explanation he was fined Rs.1000/- for not riding out to advantage in the final straight. It was conveyed that a severe action would be taken if he repeats the same. The jockeys riding would be closely monitored in future.
