Trainer Mr.Magan Singh reported that Jockey S. Amjad Khan the rider of  ROSE  had failed to weigh out at the declared weight of 53.5 kg and weighed  2 kgs over. His request for a change of rider was reported to the Stewards and the Stewards permitted the change of rider to Jockey Gurpreet Singh. The Stewards directed the Stipendiary Steward to direct jockey S.Amjad Khan to be available after the last race.
The Stewards called in and questioned Jockey S.Amjad Khan after the race and after hearing his statements  considering that he was not well a day before was noted , he was severely reprimanded and conveyed that a stricter action shall be initiated if repeated.

The Starter was questioned regarding the jump out of KOHINOOR EMPIRE(Suresh Kumar )  riderless who stated that the jockey did not shout that he was not ready just before the gates opened.  Jockey Suresh Kumar  reported that he was not ready as the start was effected as he could not timely put his left stirrup on as such he got unbalanced and was unseated when the gates opened was noted.

An enquiry has been opened into the improved performance of ALABASTER (Aqeed Waheed) Trained by Mr.M.Ahsan as compared to its last run in Race No.4 THE RACING REPORTER PLATE, FOR INDIAN HORSES RATED 40-66 (ABT) 1000 MTS run on 11TH SEPTEMBER,2012.
