Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Magan Singh to substitute Jockey Pawan Sharma to ride ROSE in place of Jockey Gurpreet Singh  the declared rider.

As  Jockey Jai Parkash was certified medically unfit to ride  hence permission was granted to Trainer Mr.A.Khan  to substitute Jockey K.Sunny Kumar to ride WHAT A SIGHT in place of Jockey Jai Parkash  the declared rider.

Jockey C.S.Jodha  the rider of MASTER BLAST was fined Rs.1000/- for allowing his mount to veer in soon after the start whereby crowding and causing interference to AALIJANAAB ( K.Narender Kumar) and WHAT A SIGHT(K.Sunny Kumar) .

Jockey C S Jodha the rider of MASTER BLAST was questioned about his riding who stated that he made every effort to follow the trainer’s instruction  to sit 2^nd/3^rd, while entering the straight his mount was dropping the bit as such he delayed in the use of the whip.  Trainer Mr.I.S. Parmar who confirmed the instructions was further advised to take remedial measures before accepting with it in a race.

Trainer Mr.Rajinder  was questioned regarding the improved performance of PRETTY GIRL as compared to its last run in race No.2 on Tuesday 11^th September,2012 within a span of 20 days:-

He stated that:-

a)    Today his charge was running in a lower class III

b)   With 100 mts less to travel

c)    Both the runs he had instructed the jockey to go to the front

d)   This time jockey claimed an allowance of 3.5 kgs

Hence in his opinion were the factors contributing to today’s improved performance. However while noting his explanation, he was severely warned and reminded of the rules governing “improved performance”.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner PRETTY GIRL in the presence of Trainer Mr.Rajinder and sent for Analytical test.
