As Jockey S.A.Shah was certified medically unfit to ride, hence permission was granted to Trainer Mr.A.Khan to substitute Jockey Valdir De Sousa to ride STEEL FORCE in place of Jockey S.A.Shah the declared rider.

App.Jockey Sandeep Rajput  the rider of GO WITH THE FLOW was fined Rs.2000/- for allowing his mount to move in approaching 200 mts causing a severe check to STEEL FORCE (Valdir De Sousa)

Jockey C S Jodha and Trainer Mr.I.S.Parmar were called in and questioned about the dismal performance of MASTER YUNANI. Jockey  C S Jodha stated that the instructions were to sit 2nd/3rd/4th which he did and he had to travel  3/4 horses wide almost throughout the race,  due to  the horses travelling  on the inside. Trainer Mr.I.S.Parmar had no plausible explanation to offer regarding the dismal performance of his charge. However, Trainer Mr.I S Parmar was severely warned to ensure that his charges run better in future.

MASTER YUNANI was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner GO WITH THE FLOW   in the presence of Trainer Mr.Rajinder and sent for Analytical test.
