Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Magan Singh to substitute Jockey Shadab Khan to ride SHAARANGA in place of Jockey Pawan Sharma the declared rider who was reported unfit to ride by the Club’s Medical Officer.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. I.S. Parmar to substitute Jockey Mohd Asif to ride JOVIAL in place of Jockey Bipin Kumar the declared rider who was declared medically unfit by the Club’s Medical Officer.

The Clerk of the Scales reported that Jockey Jai Prakash, rider of LAKE BEAUTY did not put the GIRTH in  the Scales while weighing out and was found to have weighed out 0.5 kgs more.  As no malafide intention was found as such was fined Rs. 2000/- for this lapse and conveyed that if repeated a far more severe action shall be initiated.

Jockey Danish Ali Khan rider of MARHABA was fined Rs.3000/- for allowing his mount to continue to shift in from draw 12 onto the rails crowding and causing interference to NARMADA (Anil Kumar), TARANGIRE (K. Narender Kr.) and TIGERISH (Gurpreet Singh),  the latter getting a severe check loosing considerable grounds at 900 metres.

Jockey Suresh Kumar, rider of  AMITY was severely reprimanded for his feeble riding in the straight noted for future. 

FEARLESS TIGER was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality.

SHAARANGA was fractious and refused to be  stalled and was withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s order.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner MARHABA in the presence of Trainer H. Ali Khan and was sent for analytical test.
