Trainer  Mr.Rajinder was fined  Rs.1000/- for bringing his charge GOLD MAID in the parade ring with wrong registered owner’s colours , subsequently it was changed.

VINNIE (Ranjeet Singh) was very fractious and refused to be loaded  as such was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. In consequence to VINNIE being withdrawn before coming under Starter’s order a deduction of  20% on win and 50% on place bets was affected.

After the 1st race the jockeys  complained that the race track was slippery at the bend and were unwilling to ride in the remaining races. The Stewards held a meeting with the Stipendiary Steward/ Clerk of the Course, representatives of the Jockeys and the Trainers. It was pointed to the jockeys that the penetrometer reading just before the 1st race was 2.1 cms and the going was good. After thorough inspection of the track, the jockeys  decided to ride subsequent races due to which the race was delayed by approximately 1 hours.
