Jockey Riazuddin the rider of SULTAN MIRZA reported the loss of whip approaching at 300 mts as such he was  fined Rs.1000/- ( 2^nd offence during the meeting.

Jockey S A Shah the rider of NO WORRY was fined Rs.3000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race. (2^nd offence during the meeting)

Jockey C S Jodha the rider of ASSERTIVE was questioned about his instructions who stated that he was instructed to sit last or 2^nd last  as it was a habitual slow starter. Further Trainer Mr.Chandrapal Singh was asked about the instructions being given to Jockey C S Jodha  who stated that he had instructed the jockey to sit 4^th /5^th and do his best while entering the straight. The Stipendiary Steward confronted both and they had no valid explanations to offer for the contradictory instructions being given. The Stipendiary Steward will further delve into the case as such an enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of ASSERTIVE.

Surprise urine sample was taken for analysis from the ASSERTIVE in the presence of Trainer Mr. Chandrapal Singh and was sent for Analytical test.
