On a report from the Clerk of the Scales that App.Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora the rider of CRUSOE unplaced (8th) weighed in 1 kg less thereby violating  Rule No.180 of Racing, RWITC.  He was reported to the Stewards.

The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and interviewed  App.Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora and Clerk of the Scales and after hearing his statements, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and after due deliberations the Stewards decided to fine App.Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora a sum of Rs.5000/- for this lapse and was conveyed that repetition of similar offence would entail severe disciplinary action.

App.Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora  the rider of CRUSOE was called in and questioned regarding his riding on his mount, who stated that he was instructed to hit the front and do his best on entering the straight which he could not do so as the gelding  was slowly away and  passing 800 mts his mount received a check from the outside runner as such he lost  valuable grounds, Trainer Mr.Ajay Sharma  also confirmed the instructions , noted for future running.

An enquiry has been opened into the improved performance of KING CHALANGE  Trained by R S Shekhawat as compared to its previous run in race No.227 on 18th March,2013 where it finished unplaced.
