Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Magan Singh to substitute Jockey Mohit Singh to ride ATTITUDE in place of Jockey Pawan Sharma the declared rider.

Jockey K Narender Kumar the rider of WINNING TROOPER , the odds on favourite was called in and questioned about his riding who stated that he was instructed to sit 2nd/3rd which he did , passing 900 mts when he was about to make his move he had runners in front  and while entering the straight  at 400 mts his mount suddenly stumbled and unbalanced him  for a couple of strides thereafter he made every effort to improve his position , was noted. The Club’s Veterinary Officer who was requested to examine the horse reported that WINNING TROOPER returned lame on right fore after the races such Trainer A. Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until passed fit.                                                                                                      

Jockey Mohit Singh the rider of ATTITUDE  reported that his mount was inclined to travel extreme wide  inspite of his best efforts, Trainer Magan Singh was informed to take remedial measures before accepting in a race.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner LAMBADA and placed horses MISS SERENA & WINNING TROOPER in the presence of Trainer Magan Singh, Trainer I S Parmar  & Trainer A. Khan and was sent for analytical test.
