Trainer I S Parmar was fined Rs.2000/- for failing to produce the registered owners colours on his charge  MASTER BRAVO and was permitted to use the emergency colours “ALL BLACK”. He was reminded that he had repeated the same offence  earlier and was conveyed  if repeated a far more action would be taken.

Jockey L.Prashant the rider of MASTER BRAVO was called in and asked about his riding who stated that he was instructed to sit 3^rd/4^th but at the jump out his mount threw its head up as such he could not follow the Trainers instructions was not accepted .He was fined Rs.3000/- for failing to infuse adequate vigor in his efforts to follow the trainers instructions. Further he was conveyed that if repeated a severe action would be taken. MASTER BRAVO was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality.

Jockey K.Narender Kumar  the rider of SHINING SILK was called in and questioned about his riding who stated that today he was asked to go to the front or sit 2^nd in comparison to it’s last run in Race No.25 were he was asked to sit 4^th/5^th was noted. Trainer A.Khan was conveyed that any change of instructions should be reported to the Stipendiary Stewards before the race in future.
