Racing Incidents

Jockey S A Shah the rider of ROYAL ROSE  reported that as the start was effected the filly reared up  thereafter he could not ride out fully. Trainer A Khan was informed to show his charge in a mock  race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward.

An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of THUNDER CAT Trained by Rajinder and ridden by Jockey Gurpreet Singh.

Jockey C S Jodha the rider of FIRE CRACKER was called in and questioned about his riding on his mount who stated that he was instructed to sit 2nd/3rd  which he did and he made every effort to improve his position but his mount did not respond to his urges. Trainer I.S Parmar was called in and conveyed that his favourties were not performing as per expectation and future running of his charges will be closely monitored and severe action shall be taken if found guilty.

FIRE CRACKER & THUNDER CAT were impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality.
