On report received from the Veterinary Officer that  MASTER RAFEL & JHILMIL under the charge of Trainer I S Parmar and Zulfiqar Khan   were withdrawn on medication grounds due to late realization of medication after the declaration stage thereby contravening the racing calendar notification RWITC . Trainers I S Pamar and Zulfiqar Khan were reported to the Stewards for their lapse in accepting their charges .

The Stewards called in and questioned Trainer I S Parmar and Zulfiqar Khan after the race.

After hearing their statements, considering the report of the Stipendiary Steward and Veterinary Officer the Stewards resolved to fine Trainers I S Parmar and Zulfiqar Khan Rs.15000/- each and the cost of forwarding and analysis of sample for testing for contravening the Racing Calendar Notification, RWITC.

Jockey Pawan Sharma the rider of BLUE STEEL was questioned about his riding who stated that he was instructed to go to the front or sit 2^nd/3^rd and do his best on entering the straight. Further he stated that while negotiating the bend his gelding drifted out inspite of his best efforts whereby he could not ride out fully, noted.

Jockey Sameer Khan the rider of BHITSKI was fined Rs.2000/- for making a late move in the straight wherein he started pushing from 150 mts thereby loosing the race by one length.

BLUE STEEL & BHITSKI were  impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s veterinary officer reported no apparent abnormality.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner RULING CLASS in the presence of Trainer Sartaj Singh  and sent for Analytical test.

The Stipendiary Steward requested the Stewards to permit the urine sample to be  taken for analysis from MASTER RAFAEL & JHILMIL in the presence of I S Parmar and Zulfiqar Khan and was sent for Analytical test.
