Racing Incidents

Jockey Pawan Sharma reported that CLEAR WATER took a fly jump as the start was effected and was frequently changing its legs in the straight. CLEAR WATER was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality.

Trainer Deepak Kalra was questioned about the performance of CASINO QUEEN as compared to its last run on 30th January 2014 who stated that in the previous run in Race No.177 his charge was drawn 12 and the jockey made every effort to hit the front position as instructed but was unable to do so. This time his charge was running  100 mts less and was drawn 4 which was an advantage and the jockey was able to follow the instructions to go to front position and win the race, was noted.
