Trainer  S M Abbas was fined Rs.2000/- for not declaring  Aluminum shoes at the time of declaration on his charge JUZI  and was permitted to run with Aluminim shoes .

An objection was lodged by Jockey S Amjad Khan the rider of EL SALVADOR placed third by the Judge against Jockey M I Qureshi the rider of  JUZI  placed first by the Judge for “ coming onto me from 250 mts ,whipped me thrice on my left hand and twice on the face of my mount  and in the last 20 mts  again coming on to me , blocking me  due to which I had to stop riding and that cost me a certain race ”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and based on the observation of the race the Stewards were satisfied that an alteration to the placings could not be justified. Therefore, they decided to overrule the objection. The Security deposit was refunded.

Jockey Nazim the rider of SPARKLING GOLD reported that soon after the jump out his feet came out from the left stirrup iron which he could regained after few strides.

Jockey Riazuddin the rider of HONEYS SPIRIT was fined Rs.1000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race(1^st offence during the meeting)

CARATARIO & SADAJIT were impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality.
