Jockey Hashim Ali Khan the rider of ASHWA CHETAK reported that his mount was running green almost throughout the race, trainer H A Khan was informed to train his charge and to be passed in a mock race.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that LITTLE BEBO was observed to have burst its blood vessel during the race. As per the Racing calendar notification RWITC the horse has been stopped from racing for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1^st time bleeder) Trainer K Ali Khan was informed not to accept with it again until passed fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer.

Jockey Rajinder Saini  the rider of FUEL was reported to the Stewards for the excessive use of the whip on his mount  during the race (3^rd offence during the meeting).

The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race  and interviewed  Jockey Rajinder Saini.

After hearing his statements, considering the recommendation of the   Stipendiary  Steward  and relying upon their own observations based on the replay of the Race the Stewards after deliberations decided to suspend  Jockey Rajinder Saini from riding in races from  28^th  March,2014 to 1^st April,2014 (both days inclusive)  for the excessive use of the whip on his mount FUEL during the race for  the violation of Racing calendar notification under the heading “USE OF WHIPS” in the above race (3^rd offence during the meeting).  He was advised of his right of  appeal and permitted to ride work.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner ASHWA CHETAK  in the presence of Trainer  H A Khan and was sent for Analytical test.
