On a report received from the Veterinary Officer that MASTER CHAMPION under the charge of Trainer I S Parmar was withdrawn on medication grounds due to late realization of medication after the declaration stage thereby contravening the racing calendar notification of RWITC . Trainers I S Pamar was reported to the Stewards for his lapse in accepting his charge.

After considering the report of the Stipendiary Steward the Stewards resolved to fine Trainers I S Parmar  Rs.15000/-  for his negligence.

As Jockey Pawan Sharma was certified medically unfit to ride after the 4^th race, hence permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Magan Singh to substitute Jockey Shafeeq Ahmed to ride ATTITUDE in place of Jockey Pawan Sharma the declared rider.

Trainer K Ali Khan and Jockey Danish Ali Khan were called in and questioned regarding the running and riding of BLADE OF OLYMPUS.  Trainer stated that he had instructed the jockey to take a good jump sit 5^th/6^th and do his best on entering the straight. He had given specific instructions to the Jockey in forbidden from use of whip as his charge is dry coated and running after a long lay off. Jockey Danish Ali Khan corroborating the trainers instructions stated that his mount was slow out from the gates thereafter he had done his best. While noting their explanations, Jockey Danish Ali Khan was reprimanded for failing to infuse adequate vigor on his mount.

Jockey Sameer Khan the rider of KICK was called in and questioned about his riding, he stated that his instruction was to sit 5^th /6^th and ride out on entering the straight. He stated that he had ridden as per the instuctions when he put his mount under pressure from 400 mts, his mount was running erratic. His explanations were noted.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g MASTER FADERER  and MASTER CHAMPION  in the presence of Trainer I S Parmar and sent for Analytical test.
