SHANE PUNJAB ( Gurpeet Singh) jumped out awkwardly outwards  thereby unbalancing its rider, whereby he was  dislodged. In view of its behaviour  Trainer  Sartaj Singh was advised not to accept with his charge until its behaviour improved  in one gate practice and in a mock race on a race day on the race track.

The Stipendiary Steward reported Jockey G S Shekhawat  the rider of DIMPLE  to the Stewards for careless riding in that  approaching 800 metres Jockey G S Shekhawat  allowed his mount to shift in thereby causing severe interference to AMITY (Rajinder Saini) on his inside.

The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and interviewed Jockey G S Shekhawat and Jockey Rajinder Saini.

After hearing his statements, considering the recommendation of the Stipendiary Steward and their own observation based on the replay of the  CCTV and after due deliberations they decided to suspend  Jockey G S Shekhawat from riding in races from 11^th October 2014 to 22^nd October 2014  (both days inclusive) for careless riding under rule no 161 (i) of RWITC Rules of Racing. He was permitted to ride work during the period of his suspension and was advised of his right of appeal.

Jockey Sameer Khan the rider of BLACK N PINK and Jockey Irfan Ali the rider of MISS FERRARI reported that their mounts drifted under pressure from the 300 metres of the race.

Jockey S A Shah the rider of INAZUMA was severely reprimanded for coming in rounding the bend thereby causing interference to TARANTINO ( D S Rathore) on his inside.

An enquiry is opened into the running and riding of MISS FERRARI trained by Mr.I.S.Parmar and Jockey Irfan Ali.

DIMPLE was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary  Officer reported no apparent abnormality.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch f BLACK N PINK in the presence of Trainer Bharat T Singh  and sent for Analytical test.
