Jockey Pawan Sharma the rider of IMPERIAL ASSAULT reported that his mount was hanging in throughout the race.  Trainer Magan Singh was advised to take corrective remedial measures before accepting it again in a race.

Jockey Kavraj Singh the rider of MASTER VANPERISE reported that his mount was hanging in from 400 mts of the race, trainer  I S Parmar was advised to take corrective remedial measures before accepting it again in a race.

Jockey D S Rathore the rider of GOLDEN ROUTE was fined Rs.3000/- for failing to improve his position till about the 400 mts of the race.

Negotiating the bend and turning into the straight ROCK WITH ME (Harkesh Kumar) mis-strode, stumbled and fell dislodging its rider. The horse was examined by the Club’s veterinary and found to have sustained Right shoulder Fracture  and with the consent of Trainer Irfan Ali it was euthanized on humanitarian grounds.

Prior  to ‘ALL CLEAR’ being declared Jockey R Parvesh  the rider of TAKE A CHANCE  requested to view the race video with a view to considering  lodging an objection.  After viewing the video Jockey R Parvesh  decided to proceed with an objection and accordingly an  objection lodged by Jockey R Parvesh  the rider of TAKE A CHANCE placed fourth  by the Judge against Jockey Shadab Khan the rider  of MISS SNOWHITE   placed third by the Judge for “ blocking my passage between 900 & 800 and again from 400 mts to the winning post, whenever I forced to correct my mount to  straighten and the jockey intentionally tried to come my way and that cost me a certain place”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and based on the observation of the race the Stewards were satisfied that an alteration to the placings could not be justified. Therefore, they decided to overrule the objection. The Security deposit was refunded.
