Permission was granted to Mr.S.M.Abbas to withdraw CELEBRATION STAR

(R Parvesh) on veterinary grounds as it was lame  left  fore . He was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

CURIOSITY (Arun Kumar) was withdrawn on veterinary grounds as it was suffering from stiff back and it was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s order. Trainer I S Parmar was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

AMITY (Ramlal) was fractious and reared up insides starting gates , the horse was unloaded and checked by the Veterinary Officer who certified it unfit for racing as it was lame on left hind as such it was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. Trainer Rajkumar Saini was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race. In consequence of AMITY being withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders no deduction on win and 30% on place bet was effected.

Jockey Aqeed Waheed the rider of MUMTAZ BEGUM was severely reprimanded for allowing his mount to shift in soon after jumping out of the starting gates thereby SWEET GIRL (Pawan Sharma) had to be checked by its rider.

The Stipendiary Steward reported Jockey G S Shekhawat the rider of HO CHI  to the Stewards for the loss of whip on his mount  approaching 400 mts.

The Stewards held an enquiry after the race and interviewed Jockey G S Shekhawat  was called in and shown the replay of the race.

After hearing the statements of Jockey G S Shekhawat , considering the opinion expressed by the  Stipendiary  Steward  and relying upon their own observations based on the replay of the CCTV  the Stewards held  Jockey G S Shekhawat  guilty to a charge under Rule No.161(i) of the RWITC Rules of Racing for improper riding in that  approaching the 400 mts  he  dropped his whip.

After deliberations the Stewards decided to fine Rs.10000/- for improper riding  on his mount  HO CHI in the above race. He was advised of his Right of Appeal. 

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that MASTER ROGER( Kavraj Singh) returned lame on left fore after the race. Trainer I S Parmar was advised a veterinary certifcate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner dkb f MUMTAZ BEGUM in the presence of Trainer Zulfiqar Khan and sent for Analytical test.
