GOLD SPARK planted and lost many lengths, in view of the behaviour Trainer Rajinder was informed not to accept with his charge until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in one  mock race on a race day on the race track.

An objection was lodged by Jockey Kavraj Singh the rider of  MASTER FADERER placed second by the Judge against Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora  the rider of FOREST RANGER placed first by the Judge for “ taking me out inside the last 100 mts due to which my mount got broke its strides and I could not ride out properly and that cost me a certain race”.  The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and based on the observation of the race the Stewards were not satisfied that an alteration to the placings could not be justified. Therefore, they decided to overrule the objection. The Security deposit was refunded.

Jockey Kavraj Singh the rider of MASTER FADERER was severely reprimanded for taking the ground of MARHABA (Danish Ali Khan ) negotiating the bend when he was  not sufficiently clear on his inside.

Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora the rider of FOREST RANGER was reprimanded for shift in negotiating the bend thereby inconveniencing MARHABA ( Danish Ali Khan) and he was further severely reprimanded for allowing his mount to drift out in  the last 100 mts of the race thereby inconveniencing  MASTER FADERER (Kavraj Singh) on his outside.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that MARHABA returned lame on right fore during the race. Trainer H Ali Khan was advised a veterinary certifcate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.
