MISS FOX planted and lost sufficient grounds at the starts, in view of its behaviour Trainer  A. Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in one mock race on a race day on the race track.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that ASTROMIA returned lame on right fore during the race. Trainer A Khan was advised a veterinary certifcate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

Trainer H A Khan was called in and questioned about the indifferent pattern of running of ASHWA KUNDAN  as compared to its last run Race No.61 on 30^th October 2014. Trainer Mr.H A Khan stated that:-

1. He had issued similar instructions on earlier runs.
2. Due to circumstance in earlier races, the rider was unable to fulfill the riding instructions.
3. He believes that the gelding runs better either leading or up towards the lead .
4. This time his mount was running 200 mts extra.

However, while noting his explanations, he was cautioned for the inconsistent running of his charges and was reminded of the requirement to notify the Stipendiary Steward the horses racing pattern is to be markedly different to its most recent starts.

The Stipendiary Steward reported Trainer Mr.Magan Singh and Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora in relation to the running and riding of SWEET SOPHIA . The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and examined the trainer and Jockey concerned.

After deliberations the Stewards adjourned the enquiry and directed the Stipendiary Steward to delve into the case.
