Prior  to ‘ALL CLEAR’ being declared Jockey J Chinoy  the rider of LET THE LION ROAR  requested to view the race video to consider lodging an objection. After viewing the video Jockey J Chinoy decided to proceed with an objection and accordingly an objection was lodged by Jockey J Chinoy the rider of LET THE LION ROAR placed second by the Judge against Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora   the rider  of IWIS placed first by the Judge for “ coming onto me from 150 mts to the winning post and whipping on my whip due to which my whip fell down and at that atage my mount was in full gallop and that cost me a certain race.” The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and based on the observation of the race the Stewards were satisfied that an alteration to the placings could not be justified. Therefore, they decided to overrule the objection. The Security deposit was refunded.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner IWIS in the presence of Trainer Mr.Magan Singh  and sent for Analytical test.
