Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Magan Singh to substitute Jockey P S Chouhan  to ride MALE SUPERIOR in place of Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora the declared rider.

Prior to ‘ALL CLEAR’ being declared Jockey C S Jodha   the rider of PERITOMORENO requested to view the race video with a view to considering  lodging an objection. After viewing the video Jockey C S Jodha  decided to proceed with an objection and accordingly an  objection was lodged by Jockey C S Jodha  the rider of  PERITOMORENO placed fourth by the Judge against Jockeys P S Chouhan  the rider of MALE SUPERIOR  placed first and Jockey R Parvesh the rider of KIRPAN placed second by the Judge for “MALE SUPERIOR(P S Chouhan) coming in sharply at around 150 mts and  KIRPAN (R Parvesh) coming out sharply at around 150 mts due to which I had to  check and stop riding out that cost me a certain race.”

The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and based on the observation of the race the Stewards were not satisfied that an alteration to the placings could not be justified. Therefore, they decided to overrule the objection. The Security deposit was refunded.

Jockey R Parvesh the rider of KIRPAN was fined Rs.3000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race ( 2^nd offence during the meeting)

Jockey R Parvesh the rider of KIRPAN was reprimanded for allowing his mount to shift out thereby inconveniencing PERITOMORENO (C S Jodha) on his out side approaching 150 mts.

Jockey C S Jodha the rider of PERITOMORENO reported that his mount was hanging in under pressure from the 200 mts of the race, Trainer Rajinder was advised to take remedial measures.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that AFRICANA returned lame on right fore during the race. Trainer I S Parmar was advised a veterinary certifcate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that MISS BURBERRY bled. In terms of RWITC Racing calendar notification the horse has been banned  from racing for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1^st time bleeder)  Trainer I S Parmar was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

Compulsory urine sample was taken for analysis from MISS BURBERRY  in the presence of Trainer Mr.I S Parmar  and sent for Analytical test.
