DARK CHOCOLATE (Jai Parkash) planted and refused to raise a fluent gallop thorough out the race. In view of its behaviour Trainer Rajinder was informed not to accept with his charge until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in two mock races on a race day on the race track.

Jockey Sameer Khan the rider of RIOS GIRL was fined Rs.2000/- for allowing his mount to shift in thereby causing interference to ABDULLAH (R Parvesh) on his inside.

Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora the rider of ABHOY was severely reprimanded for allowing his mount to shift out approaching 700 mts whereby CELEBRATION STAR (Ramandeep Singh Bal) galloping on his inside was inconvenienced.

Jockey Ramandeep Singh Bal the rider of CELEBRATION STAR was fined Rs.3000/- for not sufficiently persevering with his mount from the 300 mts of the race.

CELEBRATION STAR was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality.

Trainer Zulfiqar Khan was called in and questioned regarding the dismal performance of LUCKY IMPRESS as compared to its last run in race No.142 on 12^th January 2015 wherein it was placed 2^nd. He stated that :-

1. He had given the same instructions on both the occasions i.e. in Race

No.142 and in the above race in that  go to the front and do their best.

2. His charge is still a maiden and the best run was in its previous run in race No.142 where it was placed 2^nd .
3. Considering the positive performance he had declared a better jockey and expected his charge to finish on board.
4. After the race Jockey Shadab Khan informed that the horse was “hanging in” and advised for a change of equipment.
5. He was totally shocked with his charge putting up a poor performance.
6. His explanations were noted.
