Jockey Arun Kumar  the rider of GOLDEN INDIAN reported that the saddle used on his mount shifted to the left  approaching 1200 mts  as such  he could not offer sufficient assistance to his mount. The equipment was examined immediately after the race and found to have shifted to the left. Trainer Raj Kumar Saini was fined Rs. 2000/- for the faulty saddling of his charge (1^st  offence during the meeting).

Trainer K Ali Khan and Jockey Ranjeet Singh were called in and questioned regarding the running and riding of RYBACK. Trainer stated that he had instructed the jockey to sit 3^rd/4^th and do his best on entering the straight. He further stated that the Jockey had followecd his instructions and was of the opinion that Jockey Ranjeet Singh should have been judicious in the use of whip on his mount while negotiating the bend. When Jockey Ranjeet Singh questioned stated that he had followed the Trainers instructions, however while negotiating the bend he persisted the use of whip on the right whereby his mount drifted out. While noting down their expanations Jockey Ranjeet Singh was severely reprimanded for allowing his mount to shift out and thereafter persisiting the use of whip on the right.

Jockey K Sunny Kumar the rider of SEA CLIFF was severely reprimanded for allowing his mount to shift in soon after jumping out of the Starting gates thereby inconveniencing GOLDEN INDIAN (Arun Kumar) on his inside.

PRINCE ASCOT (Danish Ali Khan ) planted in the Starting gates and did not take any practical part in the race. In view of its behaviour trainer K Ali Khan was  informed not to accept with his charge until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in two mock races on a race day on the race track.

Jockey Saddam Hussain the rider of GRACE KELLY reported the loss of his whip approaching 400 mts . He was warned, being the first offence during the meeting,

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f SEA CLIFF in the presence of Trainer Ajay Sharma and sent for Analytical test.
