Trainer Richpal Singh and Jockey Sameer Khan were called in and questioned regarding the running and riding of SHIVA’S SOLDIER. Trainer stated that   as his charge lacked initial speed as such he had instructed the jockey to sit 5^th/6^th and do his best on entering the straight. Jockey on corroborating the trainer’s statement stated that he had followed the trainer’s instructions and he opined that SHIVAS’S SOLDIER appeared to resent the use of whip, hence had not made use of whip. However, Jockey Sameer Khan was fined Rs.5000/- for not being vigorous during the race.

Trainer A Saulez and Jockey R Parvesh were called in and questioned regarding the running and riding of MISS FLURRY. Trainer stated that he had instructed the jockey to take a good jump and do his best on entering the straight and not put pressure and not to use whip as this horse is suffering from tendons. Jockey on corroborating the statements stated that under the circumstance he had done his best. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that MISS FLURRY (R Parvesh) returned lame on right fore during the race. Trainer A Saulez was advised a veterinary certifcate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

Jockey S A Shah the rider of AALI JANAAB reported that he could not get a clear run soon after jumping out of the Starting gates due to crowding of the horses.

CAUGHT THE EYE (Dhanu Singh Deora) planted and lost sufficient grounds at the start. In view of its behaviour Trainer Magan Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in one mock race on a race day on the race track.
