Prior  to ‘ALL CLEAR’ being declared Jockey R Parvesh  the rider of MISS HIEGL  requested to view the race video with a view to considering  lodging an objection After viewing the video Jockey R Parvesh decided to proceed with an objection and accordingly an  objection was lodged by Jockey R Parvesh the rider of  MISS HIEGL placed fourth  by the Judge against Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora  the rider  of MALE SUPERIOR placed first by the Judge for “ coming onto me sharply taking my grounds, crossing me sharply in the last 100 mts due to which my mount clipped the heels, disbalanced  and  was about to fall down after which I had to check my mount and stop riding and that cost me a certain race. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and based on the observation of the race the Stewards were satisfied that an alteration to the placings could not be justified. Therefore, they decided to overrule the objection. The Security deposit was refunded.

Jockey R Parvesh the rider of MISS HIEGL was fined Rs.3000/- for allowing his mount to shift in under the use of whip whereby it bumped onto INAZUMA ( S A Shah) on his inside  and thereafter shifted out and bumped MALE SUPERIOR (Dhanu Singh Deora)  on his outside whereby MISS HIEGL (R Parvesh) was imbalance, checked his mount to avoid clipping of the heels of MALE SUPERIOR & INAZUMA.
