Racing Incidents

Permission was granted to Mr.A Khan to withdraw ASHWA KUNDAN  on veterinary grounds as it was lame on left fore. He was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

Jockey M Chettri the rider of MISS BURBERRY was fined Rs.1000/- for easing out his mount in the final stages of the race.

Jockey Rajinder Saini the rider of FLORI DE CAMA when questioned regarding the performance of his mount stated that it was loaded early in the gates, slow into stride and despite his urgings could not muster any speed in the early stages of the race and only travelled well in the concluding stages of the race. However not being satisfied with his explanation he was informed that he was given a grave benefit of doubt at this instance.

SHANE PUNJAB was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality.
