Racing Incidents

Jockey G S Shekhawat the rider of RAJ TILAK  reported that his mount started drifting in inspite of his best efforts to keep it on a straight course.

Trainer S M Abbas deputizing for Mohsin Khan was questioned regarding the inconsistent pattern of running of ANARKALI as compared to its last run in Race No.209 on 16th March 2015. The trainer stated that:-

  1. In the last 2 outings ANARKALI  i.e Race No.189 and 191  was slow off and in the above race he had instructed the jockey to take good jump and go to the front and do his best in the straight.
  2. His charge was running in a lower class in the above race. His explanation was noted compared to its last runs.

Jockey Mohanlal the rider of ATTITUDE was  severely reprimanded for not sufficiently perservering his mount from the 400 mts of the race.
