MISS RAPUNZEL (K Narender Kumar) was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders as Jockey K Narender Kumar was declared medically unfit to ride  by the Medical officer. In consequence of  MISS RAPUNZEL being withdrawn no deduction on win or place bets was effected.

VINNIE (M Chettri) was slowly away loosing sufficient ground at the start. In view of its behavior Trainer A Saulez was informed to give sufficient gate practice to his charge before accepting it again in a race.

Trainer M Ahsan, the Trainer of GOLDEN ROUTE (G S Shekhawat) was questioned in relation to the change of racing pattern of GOLDEN ROUTE and the improved performance in a short span of period. Trainer M Ahsan explained that in its last engagement in race No.216 run on 20.3.2015, the jockey had not followed the instructions and he was quite dis-satisfied . In the above race he declared a better jockey and instructed  him to lead or up towards the lead, which the jockey had followed.  Not being satsified with the trainers explanations:-

a)    He was fined Rs.10000/- for the improved performance and inconsistent running of his charge.
b)    He was also cautioned that he should notify the Stipendiary Steward  if a jockey has ridden contrary  to the instructions .

Jockey Narain Singh the rider of AMAZING BIG DEAL was fined Rs.2000/- for failing to improve his position in the initial stages of the race and further not perservering in the final stages of the race. Trainer  Moshin Khan was advised to take remedial measures before accepting it again in a race.

Jockey Narain Singh the rider of AMAZING BIG DEAL reported that his mount was hanging in in the straight. The horse impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality.

Jockey G S Shekhawat the rider of GOLDEN ROUTE was fined Rs.2000/-  for allowing his mount to shift out under the use of whip and not maintaining a straight course soon after jumping out of the Starting gates.

Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora the rider of GLOBAL NOBLE reported that he lost his whip between 400 to 300 mts  (3rd offence). The Stewards called in and questioned Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora and after hearing his statement , considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and on their own observation based on the replay of the  race the Stewards were satisfied that he lost his whip accidently, however they resolved to fine 5000/- for the loss of whip. He was further advised to be more careful in future failing which severe disciplinary action shall be taken against him.
