Permission was granted to Trainer Magan Singh to substitute Jockey Akash Aggarwal to ride DAZZLING CLASS in place of Jockey Nitin Singh the declared rider.

On the way to Starting gates ZAROON  played up, whereby Jockey Shadab Khan was dislodged and was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders as Jockey Shadab Khan was certified medically unfit to ride. In consequence of ZAROON being withdrawn no deduction on win bets  but a deduction of 20% on place bets was effected.

Jockey Jai Parkash the rider of BLACK ARROW was fined Rs.3000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (2^nd  offence during the meeting)

Jockey Jai Parkash the rider of BLACK ARROW was severely reprimanded for easing out in the final stages of the race.

Trainer A Khan and Jockey S A Shah were called in and questioned regarding the running and riding of  GIORGIO. The trainer stated that:-

In his last run in race No.223 ran on 24^th March 2015 his charge shifted out badly hence he had used a Hanging Bit and expected his charge to run satisfactorily. But he was quite shocked with its behavior.

Jockey S A Shah stated negotiating the bend his mount shifted out badly inspite of his best effort to keep it on even course and for this reason he was unable to ride the colt out in his usual manner. Not being satisfied Jockey S A Shah was severely reprimanded and informed  he should make everyl effort to control his mount to keep it on an even course. However Trainer A Khan and Jockey S A Shah were advised to take remedial measures before accepting with it in a race.

Trainer K Ali Khan and Jockey Ranjeet Singh were reported to the Stewards for the unsatisfactory running and riding of RYBACK. The Stewards interviewed trainer K Ali Khan & Jockey Ranjeet Singh.

After hearing their statements, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and after due deliberations they decided to:-

1. Fine Trainer K Ali Khan a sum of Rs.20000/- for the unsatisfactory running of his charge RYBACK.

2. Suspend the jockey’s licence granted to Jockey Ranjeet Singh from riding in races from 17^th April 2015 to 27^th April 2015 (both days inclusive) for his unsatisfactory riding of his mount RYBACK thereby contravening Rule No.161(ii) of RWITC Rules of Racing. He was permitted to ride work during the period of his suspension .

Trainer and the Jockey were advised of their right of appeal.
