Racing Incidents

Permission was granted to Trainer Magan Singh to withdraw  BLACK MAGIC  (Dhanu Singh Deora) on veterinary grounds as it was lame on  both fore . He was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

App Jockey Praveen Saini  the rider of INTO MISCHIEF was reprimanded  in the presence of Master Trainer Shakti Singh that soon after the  jumping out of the starting gates he must keep a straight course  thereafter  he must ensure that he is sufficiently clear of when taking over the running and also have greater control over his mount

App Jockey Arman Ali Jafri the rider of MISS SHAKIRA was cautioned in the presence of Master Trainer A Khan that soon after jumping out of the starting gates he must keep a straight course in the first 100 mts and also  he must ensure that he is sufficiently clear of when taking over the running and have greater control over his mount .

Jockey K Sunny Kumar the rider of SWEET SOPHIA reported that soon after  jumping out of the starting gates his mount shifted in whereby AL SAHAIL (Mohanlal) travelling on his inside had to be checked by its rider.

Trainer S Ali Khan and Jockey Mohanlal were called in and questioned regarding the dismal performance of AL SAHAIL as compared to its last run in Race No.246 on 3rd April 2015 where it was placed second. Trainer S Ali Khan stated that :-

  1. His charge was running in 1200 mts and he had instructed the jockey to keep his mount in the mid bunch and do the best on entering the straight.
  2. He had observed that the pace of the race was fast and his charge could not keep up with the pace.
  3. He further added that he was satisfied under the circumstances of the run of the race with the manner jockey Mohanlal had ridden in the race.
  4. Jockey corroborating the trainers statements stated that pace of the race was very fast hence his mount could not keep up with the pace.
  5. Their explanations were noted.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner DAZZLING WAVE in the presence of Trainer Magan Singh and sent for Analytical test.
