Trainer Zulfiqar Khan and Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora were called in and questioned regarding the running and riding of JAZBA. Trainer stated that he had instructed the jockey to jump out and sit 3^rd/4^th closely with the field, thereafter ride out in the last 400 mts of the race. He also opined that the jockey lost his position closely with the field approaching the 1000 mts whereby the front runners improved. Negotiating the bend he permitted to shift out and travel on the outer portion of race track. Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora on corroborating the trainer’s instructions stated that till 1000 mts he was close proximity with the field whereby his mount started to drift out hence he checked it and shifted his mount to the rails whereby the pace of the front runners improved. Thereafter negotiating the bend his mount again drifted out and travelled on the outer portion of the race track and he managed to just win the race. After hearing the trainers and Jockey’s explanation Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora was informed that in view of him winning the race no action was taken beyond noting  down the incident failing which he would have been reported to the Stewards for necessary disciplinary action.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that ICE ON THE MOON bled. In terms of RWITC Racing calendar notification the horse has been banned  from racing for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1^st time bleeder)  Trainer Rajinder was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race. Compulsory urine sample was taken from ICE ON THE MOON in the presence of Trainer Rajinder and sent for analytical test.
