The following App.jockeys were declared to ride on the following horses:-             

       UNO UNO UNO     -     M B Qureshi

       GIRTH BALL          -    S Lalit

App Jockey S Lalit the rider of GIRTH BALL was fined Rs.2000/- for failing to improve the position in the initial stages of the race and thereafter approaching 500 mts allowing his mount to shift out  and travelled on the outer portion of the race track.

Trainer A Khan and App Jockey V S Gautam the rider of ROYAL ROSE were reported to the Stewards for the unsatisfactory riding. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and interviewed trainer A Khan & App.Jockey V S Gautam.

After hearing their statements, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and after due deliberations they decided to:-

1. Caution Trainer A Khan for future running of his horses.

2. Suspend the jockey’s licence granted to V S Gautam from riding in races from 1^st October 2015 to 15^th October 2015 (both days inclusive) for his unsatisfactory riding of his mount ROYAL ROSE thereby contravening Rule No.161(ii) of RWITC Rules of Racing in that:- (As he is already suspended from 8^th Sept 2015 to 30^th September 2015) Both the suspensions will run concurrently)

1.  He unnecessarily restrained his mount soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

2. Approaching the 700 mts , he failed to make sufficient efforts to improve his position when it was reasonable and permissible to do so.

3. Over the concluding stages, he sat up and failed to ride his mount out to the finish of the race, when it was reasonable and permissible to do so. Advised of his right to appeal. He was permitted to ride work during the period of his suspension.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner QUEEN OF ROMANCE in the presence of Trainer H Ali Khan  and sent for Analytical test.
