Jockey Dashrath Singh the rider of BLACK DIAMOND reported the loss of his whip in the last final stages of the race. He was reprimanded for the improper practice of looking back between the legs approaching 200mts and  was also informed to desist from the improper practice.

App.Jockey Praveen Saini the rider of MASTER DESIRE reprimanded for allowing his mount to shift out soon after jumping out of the starting gates whereby SPEED DEMON (Suresh Kumar) was inconvenienced.

Trainer Zulfiqar Khan and Jockey M Mani were called in and questioned regarding the running and riding of YALAMLAM. Not being satisfied with their explanations they were directed to appear before the Stewards. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and interviewed Trainer Zulfiqar Khan and Jockey M Mani.

After hearing their statements, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and after due deliberations they decided to:-

1. Fine Trainer Zulfiqar Khan a sum of Rs.10000/- for the unsatisfactory running of his charge YALAMLAM.

2. Suspend the jockey’s licence granted to M Mani from riding in races from 10^th October 2015 to 23^rd October 2015 (both days inclusive) for his unsatisfactory riding of his mount YALAMLAM thereby contravening Rule No.161(ii) of RWITC Rules of Racing. He was permitted to ride work during the period of his suspension.

Trainer and the Jockey were advised of their right of appeal.

YALAMLAM was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that it lost the right hind plate during the race.

Jockey R Parvesh the rider of NIZBATI PRINCE  was severely reprimanded for easing out his mount during the final stages of the race.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that TIGERISH returned lame on left fore during the race. Trainer Raj Kumar Saini was advised a veterinary certifcate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

An enquiry opened into the loss of whip by Jockey Dashrath Singh the rider of BLACK DIAMOND during the final stages of the race.

An enquiry being opened into bringing of NIZBATI PRINCE (R Parvesh) late into the parade ring and subsequently to the starting gates thereby delaying the race substantially.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner NIZBATI PRINCE in the presence of Trainer S M Abbas and sent for Analytical test.
