Trainer Magan Singh was reported to the Stewards for making false and misleading statements in respect of bringing his charge DAZZLING WAVE

(M B Qureshi) into the parade ring with a tongue strap for which he had not obtained prior permission which was subsequently removed. The Stewards called in and examined Trainer Magan Singh after the last race and after hearing his statements and considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward resolved to fine him sum of Rs.10,000/- for tendering misleading and false statement. He was advised of their right of appeal.

On the way to the starting gates MASTER CRISTIANO dislodged its rider  and bolted towards the winning post. As Jockey M Chettri  was certified medically unfit to ride  by the Club’s Medical officer as such it was permitted to be withdrawn. In consequence of MASTER CRISTIANO being withdrawn a deduction of 10% on win and 30% on place bets was effected.

App.Jockey S Lalit the rider of LUCKY was severely reprimanded for allowing his mount to shift in soon after jumping out of the starting gates thereby inconveniencing  JUST GOLD (Pawan Sharma)  on his inside which passed it onto SHAKTIROOP ( C S Jodha ) which had to be checked by its rider.

App Jockey S Lalit the rider of LUCKY was fined Rs.2000/- for allowing his mount to shift in approaching 1000 mts whereby ORBIT (T.S.Jodha) galloping on his inside had to be checked by its rider and thereby loosing some grounds.

Jockey Dashrath Singh the rider of AAMEERA reported that negotiating the bend his mount shifted out and in the last 200 mts of the race his mount was hanging in and had difficulty in riding out his mount inspite of his best efforts to keep it on a even course. Trainer Magan Singh was informed to take remedial measures before accepting his charge  in a race.

Jockey K Narender Kumar the rider of MASTER FADERER  was severely reprimanded for failing to perserve from the 200 mts of the race.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that SHAKTIROOP returned lame on left fore during the race. Trainer A Khan was advised a veterinary certifcate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner SHAKTIROOP in the presence of Trainer A Khan and sent for Analytical test.
