QUEENS TOUCH (Arun Kumar) was examined at the Starting gates by the Club’s Veterinary Officer as it was lame on Left Fore with injuries on left shoulder and fore arm, hence it was withdrawn on veterinary grounds.   Trainer Sangeet Charan  was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

MY SOUL (Sandeep Rajput) on jumping out of the Starting gates whipped around and did not take any practical part in the race.  In view of its continued behaviour Trainer Rajinder was informed not to accept with his charge until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in two mock races on a race day on the race track. He was further informed that a repetition of similar behavior of his charge, it may be recommended to the Stewards from banning from racing.

Jockey Narain Singh the rider of MASTER MARADONA was reprimanded for allowing his mount to shift in soon after jumping out of the gates thereby inconveniecing AMAZING BOLT (G S Shekhawat) on his inside.

Jockey G S Shekhawat the rider of MAZING BOLT was severely reprimanded for failing to preserving with his mount during the race.

Trainer Richpal Singh and Jockey Gurpreet Singh were reported to the Stewards for the unsatisfactory running and riding of LITTLE DUKE.

The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and interviewed trainer Richpal Singh and Jockey Gurpreet Singh. After hearing their statements, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and after due deliberations they decided to:-

1. Fine Trainer Richpal Singh a sum of Rs.10000/- for the unsatisfactory running of his charge.

2. Suspend the jockey’s licence granted to Gurpreet Singh from riding in races from 2^nd November 2015 to 12^th November 2015 (both days inclusive) for his unsatisfactory riding of his mount LITTLE DUKES  thereby contravening Rule No.161(ii) of RWITC Rules of Racing in that:-

    In that he unnecessarily restrained his mount in the early and middle stages of the race.

1. Approaching the turn into the straight he failed to make sufficient effort to improve his position
2. Over the concluding stages of the race, he failed to ride out his mount with vigor and also failed to make use of the whip.

Advised of their right to their appeal. He was permitted to ride work during the period of his suspension.

On a complaint being lodged by Jockey Ramandeep Singh Bal the rider of MISS INDIA that the handler did not release the hold of his mount as the start was effected as such it was slow out. (An enquiry has been opened into the circumstances of MISS INDIA jumping out of the Starting gates ridden by Jockey Ramandeep Singh Bal).

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner SNOOPY LOPPY in the presence of Trainer Zulfiqar Khan and sent for Analytical test.
