Prior  to ‘ALL CLEAR’ being declared Jockey Shafeeq Ahmed  the rider of   BHITSKI requested to view the race video with a view to considering  lodging an objection After viewing the video Jockey Shafeeq Ahmed  decided to proceed with an objection and accordingly an  objection lodged by Jockey Shafeeq Ahmed  the rider of BHITSKI placed fourth  by the Judge against Jockey T S Jodha  the rider of DANSKI placed third by the Judge for “ boring and bumping and forcing me badly at around 900 mts due nto which I had to check my mount as she broken its strides and surrived from a fall that cost me a certain race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and based on the observation of the race the Stewards were satisfied that an alteration to the placings could not be justified. Therefore, they decided to overrule the objection. The Security deposit was refunded.

Jockey R Parvesh the rider of MISS CINDRELLA  was fined Rs 5000/- for allowing his mount to shift in soon after jumping out of the starting gates and approaching 900 mts thereby causing interference to DANSKI (T S Jodha) which passed it  onto BHITSKI (Shafeeq Ahmed) which had to be checked by its rider and loose some grounds.

Jockey M Chettri the rider of MISS CASTLE was fined Rs.3000/- for easing out his mount soon after jumping out of the starting gate and thereafter allowing his mount to shift out negotiating the bend and travel on the outer portion of the race track.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that MISS CINDRELLA bled. In terms of RWITC Racing calendar notification the horse has been banned  from racing for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1st time bleeder)  Trainer I S Parmar was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.  
Compulsory urine sample was taken for analysis from the bleeder MISS CINDRELLA in the presence of Trainer I S Parmar and was sent for Analytical test.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner WIKI WIKI in the presence of Trainer A Khan and was sent for Analytical test.
