Permission was granted to Trainer S Nawab to withdraw MASTER VANPERISE  on veterinary grounds as it was suffering from colic. He was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

Trainer Shakti Singh was questioned regarding the improved performance of his charge  GALLOP AWAY the winner of the above race as compared to its last run in race No.125 THE ACADEMIC PLATE (Abt) 1200 Mts ran on 11th December 2015 when ridden by App Jockey Praveen Saini it was unplaced. Trainer stated that:-

i)    After its last run, the jockeys exercising his charge in the morning track work had  advised him to accept it  in longer distance where it could perform better.
ii)    Also he was advised that this horse gallops better under the use of Whip.
iii)    Accordingly he had accepted this horse in the above race which is a distance of 1600 mts  and used the services of a superior jockey with a whip.

iv)    In view of the above he and owner had fancied this horse in the above Race to perform better. However, while noting down his explanation he was informed to be more cautious in running of his charges.

Jockey Ranjeet Singh the rider of  GALLOP AWAY was fined Rs.1000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount  during the race.(1st offence during the meeting) Jockey Mudassar Nazar the rider of  ATTITUDE was fined Rs.1000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race.(1st offence during the meeting).He was further warned for the improper use of the whip on his mount when it was out of contention.

RIOS QUEEN ( Gurpreet Singh) planted and lost sufficient grounds as the start was effected. In view of its behaviour Trainer Richpal Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in one mock race on a race day on the race track.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner GALLOP AWAY  in the presence of Trainer Shakit Singh and was sent for analytical test.
