Prior  to ‘ALL CLEAR’ being declared App Jockey Akash Rajput   the rider of HELLO HELLO requested to view the race video with a view to considering  lodging an objection. After viewing the video App Jockey Akash Rajput decided to proceed with an objection and accordingly an objection was lodged by App Jockey Akash Rajput the rider of HELLO HELLO  placed second by the Judge against App Jockey Khet Singh  the rider TATANKA  placed first by the Judge for “ bumping and boring out 250 mts and again taking my  ground in the last 100 mts due to which I had to check my mount,  stop riding and that cost me a certain race.” The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and based on the observation of the race the Stewards were not satisfied that an alteration to the placings could not be justified. Therefore, they decided to overrule the objection. The Security deposit was refunded.

App Jockey Akash Rajput the rider of HELLO HELLO was reprimanded for failing to control his mount soon after entering into the home straight thereby allowing his mount to drift out  and inconveniencing TATANKA  (Khet Singh) on his outside.

App Jockey Khet Singh the rider of TATANKA was reprimanded for failing to control his mount in that approaching the 200 mts he made no efforts to control his mount thereby inconveniencing HELLO HELLO (Akash Raput) on his inside.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that LAMBADA bled. In terms of RWITC Racing calendar notification the horse has been banned from racing for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1^st time bleeder) Trainer Shakti Singh was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race. Compulsory urine sample was taken for analysis from LAMBADA in the presence of Trainer Shakti Singh and was sent for analytical test.
