Jockey M I Qureshi the rider of DASH AWAY reported that soon after jumping out of the starting gates his mount shifted in thereby inconveniencing REAL CHARMER (S Amjad Khan) thereby it had to be checked by its rider and loosing grounds. He further stated that thereafter his mount was running under distress and changing its legs and not galloping fluently. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s veterinary Officer reported it had burst’s its blood vessel. In terms of RWITC Racing calendar notification the horse has been banned  from racing for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1^st time bleeder). Trainer Bharath T Singh was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

Jockey Riazuddin the rider of ASHWA SUNENA was observed to have permitted his mount to shift in soon after jumping out of the starting gates thereby bumping into NATORIOUS(Nazim) whereby the jockey was imbalanced and thereafter he permitted it to shift in thereby causing  interference to  MISS VENUS (G S Shekhawat) which went onto  YASH YAK (K Sunny Kumar). The Jockey when questioned after the race stated that his right shoulder had dislocated hence he could not control his mount.  As the incident was beyond the control of the jockey Riazuddin no action was taken beyond noting down the incident.

Jockey C S Jodha the rider of  DESERT GOLD was fined Rs.2000/- for allowing his mount to shift in and bump onto MOONLIGHT (Arman Ali Jafri)  while negotiating the bend and straightening into the home stretch.

Jockey R Parvesh the rider of MASTER BECKHAM reported that he got interfered approaching 300 mts from ASHWA SUNENA (Riazuddin) on his outside whereby he had to check his mount and dropped back.

The saddle used on ARMOUR OF GOD (Ranjeet Singh) slipped  approaching 500 mts, the equipment  was examined  immediately after the race and found to have shifted backwards. Trainer K Ali Khan was fined Rs.2000/- for faulty saddling.(1^st Offence) Trainer K P Singh was questioned regarding the improved performance of RIOS GIRL as compared to its last race in Race No.161 THE PUNTERS PLATE.DIV.I. A HANDICAP FOR INDIAN HORSES   RATED 1-26 (ABOUT) 1000 METRES on 12^th January 2016 where ridden by jockey Arun Kumar  it was unplaced. The trainer stated that:-

i)    On both the races he had instructed the jockeys position 4th /5th and do their best on entering the straight.
ii)    In Race No.161 the pace of the race was quite fast hence his mount could not keep up with the pace.
iii)    Thereafter his charge was working well in the morning track work
iv)    This time he had declared a superior jockey
v)    There were no common runners and this is the first win of his charge for the current season.
While noting down his explanation he was informed of the in and out running.
Urine sample was taken from the winner RIOS GIRL in the presence of  Trainer K P  Singh   and was sent for analytical test.
