App. Jockey R Rakesh the rider of NORTHERN STAR was fined Rs.2000/- for permitting his mount to shift in soon after jumping out of the starting gates thereby inconveniencing MEISTER (Ramandeep Singh Bal) which passed it onto COCO AGAIN ( T S Jodha) who in turn went onto AL MAKTOUM(Akash Agarwal) on his inside.

Trainer M Ahsan was called in and questioned regarding the improved performance of RACING KING the winner as compared to its last race in Race No.212 THE MEEMACH PLATE.DIV.II. on 1st March 2016 wherein it was unplaced. The trainer stated that:-

i) In race No.212  his charge had suffered an interference which is being  recorded in the racing incidents.
ii) He had observed in the morning work that it was not concentrating on work and  on the advise of jockey he had taken permission to use Blinkers in the above race.
iii) His charge has considerably come down in the scales.
iv) He had used the services of a better jockey.

His explanations were noted.

Trainer S Nawab was called in and questioned regarding the running and riding of  AL MAKTOUM. The trainer stated that:-
i)    In its earlier two runs in Race No.164 & 199 it was withdrawn on veterinary grounds.
ii)    In the above race it suffered an interference.
iii)    His charge had been working well in the morning track works, hence he had fancied it strongly.

Jockey Ramandeep Singh Bal the rider of MEISTER reported that negotiating the bend his mount was inclined to run out inspite of his best efforts, and travelled on the outer portion of the race track. Trainer Deepak Kalra was advised to take remedial measures before accepting with it again in a race.

Urine sample was taken from the winner RACING KING in the presence of  Trainer M Ahsan  and was sent for analytical test.
