SACHARINES (C S Jodha) was very fractious in the starting gates ducked under  gates came out without saddle and the various equipments which were scattered at various places which were duly weighed out. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be  withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. In consequence of SACHARINES being withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders a deduction of 20% on win and 50% on place bets was effected.

App.Jockey Arman Ali Jafri the rider of SPARKLE was reprimanded for coming in sharply thereby inconveniencing  SADAJIT (Nitin Singh) soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

MASTER WILFRED (K Narender Kumar) was slowly away from the starting gate.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that KALA GHORA bled. In terms of RWITC Racing calendar notification the horse has been banned  from racing for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1st time bleeder)  Trainer Rajinder was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

Sub: Abandoning of urine collection procedure for dk b g 5 yrs KALA GHORA.
Sir,
This is to inform that the dk b g 5 yrs “Kala Ghora” under the charge of Trainer Rajinder had bled during the second race on 29th March 2016 and was taken into the the sampling yard for collection of post race urine sample.
The colt did not pass urine for more than 5 hours post race which is the maximum stipulated time for collection of post race urine sample as per RWITC notification. Hence the sampling was abandoned and the trainer was notified accordingly. This is for your kind information and record please.

Trainer Mallikarjun was called in and questioned regarding the inconsistent pattern of running thereby resulting in the improved performance of SADAJIT as compared its last run in Race No.219 THE CHINA VISIT PLATE. DIV.II (About) 1400 Mts wherein it was unplaced. Not being satisfied with his explanation he was reported to the Stewards. The Stewards directed the Stipendiary Steward to conduct a detailed enquiry into the running and riding and place before  them. The Stewards also considered a complaint letter dated 29 Mar 2016  from trainer Malikarjun against Owner Col P D Shah for alleged misbehavior while leading in.

Urine sample was taken from the winner SADAJIT in the presence of  Trainer  Mallikarjun and was sent for analytical test.
