App. Jockey R Rakesh the rider of  BLUE HORSE reported the loss of the whip approaching  200 mts .(He was warned being the first offence) Jockey Naresh Kumar the rider of SAPPHIRE ROSE reported that negotiating the bend his mount drifted out and travelled on the outer portion of the race track.

GUCCI WATER ( Naresh Kumar) refused to jump out from the starting gates as the start was effected, in view of its behaviour Trainer Ajay Sharma was informed not to accept with his charge until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in one mock race on a race day on the race track.

Jockey K Sunny Kumar the rider of GUCCI WATER reported that negotiating the bend his mount drifted out and travelled on the outer portion of the race track.

Jockey G S Shekhawat the rider of SHIVALIK CHARM reported that his mount was changing its legs during the race, the horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality. Trainer Ajay Sharma was advised to take remedial measures before accepting with it in a race.

Trainer S Nawab was questioned regarding the improved performance of  MASTER DESIRE ( S Amjad Khan) as compared to its last run in race No.247 THE ADMINISTRATION PLATE, A Handicap for Indian Horses Rated 20-46, (About) 1400 mts on 28 Mar 2016  where it was unplaced. Not being his explanation he was directed to appear before the Stewards. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and interviewed Trainer S Nawab. Trainer S Nawab stated that:-

1.    His charge has performed quite well over  shorter distances.
2.    In its last run i.e. 1400 mts, his charge was prominent in front till about the 300 mts and thereafter it had dropped out to run 2nd last in a field of 14 runners.
3.    In the above race, which is a distance for 1100 mts , he had imparted same instructions to lead till 400 mts and do his best thereafter.
4.    There is no malafide intentions as evident by the odds.

After hearing his explanations and considering the opinion expressed by the  Stipendiary Steward and due deliberation resolved to give the benefit of doubt to  Trainer S Nawab at this instance.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that ASHWA DAARAA had sustained fracture on right fore hence with the consent of Trainer H A Khan it was euthanized on humanitarian grounds.

Urine sample was taken from the winner MASTER DESIRE in the presence of  Trainer S Nawab and was sent for analytical test.
