Jockey Dhanu S Deora the rider of  FOREMOST reported that the saddle used on his mount slipped approaching 800 mts as such he could not offer sufficient assistance to his mount thereafter. The equipment was examined immediately after the race in the presence of Trainer Magan Singh and found to have shifted forward. Trainer Magan Singh was called in and questioned regarding the for the faulty saddling of his charge. Not being satisfied with the explanation he was reported to the Stewards after the last race. The Stewards called in and questioned Trainer Magan Singh and after hearing his statement and considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and their own observation the Stewards were not satisfied with the explanation tendered by Trainer Magan Singh resolved to fine  a sum of Rs. 15,000/- for the faulty saddling on his charge FOREMOST. He was further warned repetition of similar offence would entail severe disciplinary action in future.

Jockey Riazuddin the rider of GOLDEN CHILLY reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner FIRST ONE in the presence of Trainer Rajinder  and sent for Analytical test.
