Trainer Magan Singh was fined Rs.1000/- for bringing his charge GO MY GIRL with a tongue strap for which prior permission has not been obtained, subsequently it was removed.

MASTER BOND ( G S Shekhawat) was very fractious in the starting gates, the horse was unloaded and examined by the Club’s Veterinary Officer who reported that the gelding was lame on right fore as such it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starters orders. No deduction on win or place bets was effected.

Jockey Sameer Khan the rider of MISS DUNCAN reported that his right leg slipped out from the stirrup iron approaching the last 200 mts of the race whereby he got imbalanced and thereafter he could not ride out his mount. As the incident was accidental no action was taken beyond noting down the incident.

Trainer Magan Singh and App Jockey Khet Singh were questioned regarding the running and riding of FAST LADY. Trainer stated that he was instructed the jockey to position 4th/5th and to ride out from the 400 mts of the race. The jockey corroborating the trainer’s instructions stated that he had followed the instructions and his mount drifted out negotiating the bend and he had done his best. Not being satisfied with their explanation they were reported to the Stewards after the last race. The Stewards called in and questioned Trainer Magan Singh and App Jockey Khet Singh and after hearing their statements and while noting the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward and based on their own observation of the race the Stewards severely warned the trainer and the Jockey for the running and riding of FAST LADY.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner ASHWA MANJRI in the presence of Trainer  H A Khan  and sent for Analytical test.
