Racing Incidents

Jockey Danish Ali Khan the rider of AWESOME KNIGHT when questioned stated that he was instructed to position 6th/7th and do his best on entering the straight. He further stated that he followed the trainer’s instructions and while negotiating the bend he was taken out by MISS FERRARI (K Narender Kumar) on its outside whereby he had to travel on the outer portion of the race track.

Jockey Irfan Ali the rider of ASHWA KUNDAN reported that  his mount was restless in the starting gates and jumped out awkwardly thereby momentarily imbalancing the rider.

Jockey Naresh Kumar the rider of DESERT OF GOLD was fined Rs.3000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race. (1st offence during the meeting).

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner MUMTAZ BEGUM in the presence of Trainer  Zulfiqar Khan  and sent for Analytical test.
