On a letter dated 2nd April 2017 from Trainer I S Parmar that his charge AUTUMN GOLD was under treatment, hence he would like to withdraw from the above race , which was confirmed by the Club’s Veterinary Officer. After noting the Club’s Veterinary Officer’s report, AUTUMN GOLD was permitted to be withdrawn. Urine sample was taken for analysis from AUTUMN GOLD in the presence of Trainer I S Parmar  and were sent for analytical test.

After considering the report of the Stipendiary Steward the Stewards resolved to fine Trainer I S Parmar Rs.5000/- for his negligence in accepting a horse which was under Veterinary treatment.

Trainer I S Parmar was fined Rs.1000/- for bringing his charge ASHWA QUEEN  without a tongue strap and Cross Nose Band for which prior permission had been obtained, subsequently Tongue strap and Cross Nose Band was put on.

Jockey Praveen Saini the rider of VEER reported that his mount was not galloping fluently in the race and repeatedly changing legs , hence he eased up his mount. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported there was no apparent abnormality.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner TOP KING in the presence of Trainer Bharath T Singh and were sent for analytical test.
