Jockey C S Jodha the rider of GO MY GIRL reported he could not get a clear run in the final stages of the race due to crowding of the field.

Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora the rider of GODSTOUCH was fined Rs.3000/-  for not sufficiently persevering with his mount from 300 mts of the race.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that TOP RISK bled. In terms of RWITC Racing calendar notification the horse has been banned  from racing for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1^st time bleeder). Trainer Magan Singh was advised a veterinary certificate of fitness would be required prior to presenting for future trial or race.

An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of ANCIENT GLORY Trained by I S Parmar and ridden by Jockey R Parvesh. ANCINET was impounded for veterinary examination and Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that no apparent abnormality.

After the 7^th race Jockey Vinay Jaiswal the rider of ASHWA SANWRI tendered evidence that Jockey R Parvesh forced him to come before the Stipendiary Stewards and make statements that in the above race there was kick backs from the racing track wherein Jockey R Parvesh could not ride out properly.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner TOP RISK  in the presence of Trainer Magan Singh  and was sent for analytical test.
